  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We only have fast shipping option i.e TCS. 90% of our orders are delivered within two days in Punjab.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet but an international shipping module will be added to our website very soon. We are working on this domain and will announce this good news to our international customers very soon.

 

  • Can Iron be used on prints?
  1. Strictly iron cannot be used on prints. We advise this to our customers through a awareness hangtag along with each printed product.

 

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We make sure that the parcel is on its way within 24 hours after the order is placed and rest the travel duration that takes days to reach you. 90 % of our parcels deliver in two days in Punjab. Most probably a parcel takes no longer than 5-7 working days no matter how far is the shipping destination.

 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We are currently working only cash on delivery and very soon there will be Credit Card, Debit Card to the site for your convenience.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We have made it very easy and user friendly for everyone. Just browse the site, select a product, add that into the cart after selecting the attributes then place the order. That will take you to the checkout page where your address is required and on clicking on place order, you order would have been placed and you will get an email confirmation about that.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

For this thing, you will have to contact the support team, you can send an email to us by including your order number in that and we will cancel/change your order at your own accord.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking code via email that can be used to track your parcel anytime.

 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

That’s not compulsory. You can checkout as a guest after giving  the mandatory information.
